Medicare Appeal Letter

Dear Dr. Arnold,

I am writing this letter because I have been taken ill three weeks ago and have been taken to a hospital for proper diagnosis and treatment. We have deserved considerable operating cost which we have taken from our insufficient savings. We were not hesitant to use it as we a have Medicare coverage to provide compensation.

However, when we went to the local Medicare office, we were unable to get the Medicare coverage which we have the right to have as provided on the Medicare coverage. We could not get much progress with the local staff so we are writing to you for assistance.
