Short Sale Request Hardship Letter

Dear Mr. Arnold,

I am writing this letter because I want to tell you my current financial situation and the approval of a short sale of my property at Royal Palace.

Due to the loss in business I am unable to meet my financial compulsion on my current credit. I am criminal on several of my bills and am unable to keep up at this time.

I have lived in my home since 5years and have, until recently, been on time in making my credit payments. Due to my financial hardship and the declining economy I can no longer meet this obligation.
