I am writing this letter because our rental cars have been filling petrol on cash payment from your filling station regularly for the past 5 years.
We request you to consider providing us petrol on credit coupons up to a credit limit of 15,000/- pm which will be settled by chque payment on before the 7th day of the subsequent month without fail.
We are enclosing our Bank Statement in SBI.
