Dear Arnold,
Please be knowledgeable that now I would be terminating your agreement to us as a seller in this establishment on September 20, 2009. This conclusion took after the members of the board of Directors have taken the decision to sell the construction to a top financier in this city. The date of your contract to us as a vendor also coincides with it.
The conclusion is hard for the company but there is no other option is left to us except this. We are completely hit by the catastrophe and to save the company we have to sell a few of our assets together with this building where you work as a vendor.
To reduce your load we have decided to give you 60 days before the real date declared above to search for one more space where you can sell your goods.
I do expect that you understand as well as respectfully acknowledge this termination letter. God Bless You! Thanks to you for working in our building.
Truly yours,
Mr. John
