[Sub: Legal Representation Notification]
Dear Mr. Arnold,
As agreed on the April 10, 2010, we would be signing the new contract on legal representation, so, G.K Legal Ltd. will be functioning as your legal advisor in all cases.
This is a suggestion of our services to you post which you will be liable to a monthly pay of Rs.500 fees in lieu of 45hrs duty each week. Our representative will be organize at your organization and would remain a one point contact between the two organizations.
We would maintain the cordial relationship till the end of the contract and renew once we think it is worthy of the same. We expect the relationship to grow longer and we keep advising you legally through all projects and internal initiatives that you take.
