Dear Mr. Arnold, This is with reference to the renovation of House No. 45 B which we have leased from you with effect from 1st July. As per our Rental Agreement and Contract, you were supposed to get the house refurbished within one week of our arrival. I am sorry to inform you that no action has been taken by you or your appointed members in that direction for the past 12 days.
