As President of this company, I was disappointed and
humiliated by the behavior of some [name of firm]
employees on [day]. The discourtesy shown to [individual]
was unforgivable. Some employees exhibited the height of
rudeness by [briefly describe rude actions]. To anyone
who is guilty of these actions, I want you to know that
behavior will not be tolerated by this firm. It distresses me
to have to write a message such as this to you, and I
certainly hope and trust that it will never again be necessary.
