We refer to the continuing Guarantee dated [DATE OF GUARANTEE, ex. January 15, 1996] given by us to you pursuant to which we guaranteed the ongoing obligations of [NAME OF OBLIGOR WHOSE INDEBTEDNESS WAS GUARANTEED, ex. ABC Corp.]
Please accept this letter as formal notification to you that we are terminating all future obligations under the Guarantee effective [DATE OF TERMINATION OF OBLIGATIONS UNDER GUARANTEE, ex. September 30, 1998].
This termination notice is given to you in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Guarantee.
