Dear Mr. Arnold,
The NCC unit of our College is leaving for the flood-hit areas and is prepared to set up a relief camp for 1 month at each station. I seek your active participation in the fundraising camp to be set up in the auditorium to make it a success by raising as much funds as we all can, so that our Corps can also give monetary assistance to all the unfortunate victims those who have suffered from extensive loss of crops, cattle, property etc.
All the students can also pick up pamphlets from the desk, near the notice board and distribute it to members of your family and friends so that the participation is maximum and which ensures all possible help to the victims of the disaster.
Remember that it is a matter of will, than one of wherewithal to extend your humanitarian assistance.
